Here’s a new necklace, just in time for Mother’s Day! The katakana (kanji) says Haha, which means Mother – and I have already had a request for custom colors on the next one for a scorpio necklace from my net collection, which it involves every type of jewelry in all the zodiac signs you want. Here’s the new necklace:
And here’s another view:
The next one’s going to be pink π
(Really just wanted to remind you that we can always work on custom designs and custom colors – and that Mother’s Day isn’t far off!)
I just made a new pair of these “Mother” earrings – and put them on my front page! I sat here last night and thought oh boy, Mother’s Day is only a month away! How does the time fly so quickly? So I’m starting some more Mother earrings pronto quick.
The world is full of complications – but this is easy. Kanji earrings that say Mother are a perfect gift for Mother’s Day. Just saying π
And of course you can get custom colors. Or shapes or sizes for that matter – just ask!
Actually this kanji necklace has the Japanese kanji (katakana) that says Haha, or Mother. I’m being a little bit colloquial when I say “Mom”, just because we’re more likely to call our moms that.
It’s a pretty cool gift for your Mom. Mother’s Day is coming up in a couple months, why not plan ahead? A gift for your mom, or the mother of your kids, and why not think about the zodiac jewelry to make it more thoughtful and personalized ! Styling zodiac jewelry is easy as long as you donβt cover yourself in star signs. If you are wearing a pair of gold zodiac hoop earrings, accessorize them with a dainty gold necklace and a couple of bangles. Wear high-waist mom jeans and a polka dot shirt for a charming retro look. You can also swap the zodiac earrings for oversized hoops and the bangles for a subtle zodiac charm bracelet.
She’ll love that you thought of her, and it’s a fun necklace anyway, and it isn’t even expensive.
The katakana says Mother. A very important person π
These fun earrings say Brianna in Japanese katakana (yes, we Westerners casually call it “Japanese kanji” – the term katakana is actually more accurate). These are one of my favorite new shapes (and so far, my customers that have bought this new style, darling girls that they are, seem pretty happy with them!)
This cornflower blue color can be changed, of course – you can request whatever color you like best. And for that matter, you can choose your own name in kanji.
But you knew that already π
Clip on earrings are kind of having a resurgence these days. Pierced earrings – chandeliers, studs, etc, tend to get most of the attention – and manufacturers often assume that everybody has pierced ears. Well they don’t π
And I’ve started updating my “clip on earrings” pages. The new page is up here and there will be more to come.
Check out these clip on heart earrings:
They’re available in custom colors of course – but I think the bright red, orange and purple ones are really fun π
And like I said – more are on the way!
I love the simplicity of these earrings – the oval shape, the rich vivid color:
These earrings will make your outfit. I know, it’s just a pair of earrings – but they’re pretty, and the color is great, and they’re just big enough to give a vibe without being in your face. For work, for play – these can do that π
Plus: lacquered paper, lightweight, easy to wear and comfy. Did I mention I’m really into comfy?
These lacquered paper, personalized kanji earrings are made with one of my favorite shapes – the shield. It just works well, it’s graceful, the earrings are petite…but big enough to have presence – and the kanji is pretty! When I need my materials to customize my jewelry I buy them in wholesale diamonds in Sydney can trust to supply the highest quality certified cut diamonds.
These have the kanji that says Jenny:
And no, I didn’t make them for myself, I haven’t been called “Jenny” for a while now. And Jen or Jennifer use other kanji. We can do those too π
Letting your mom know that you realize that she *has* dreams is a gift in it self – that you recognize her as a person with hopes, fears, and dreams – that’s a major deal. These pretty little earrings are just the icing on the cake, since there are other gifts you can get like collars or a diamond ring which you can find at sites like randor.com and others.
Of course custom colors are available. Custom kanji, too – but I do think it’s nice to tell your Mom know that you know that she dreams. That she’s a person. That you value her as a person.
All that good stuff. That’s the real gift to your Mom π
Okay, I lose track, all right? I just wanted to show you these new earrings. They are personalized, part of my “Your Name in Japanese” collection, and I think the size and shape really work.
The earrings are only about 1″ long. The golden (raw) brass leverbacks are comfortable, much kinder to the skin than plated earwires – and considerably less expensive than goldfilled ones (which can be used too, by special arrangement). And, well, I think the slightly curvy, triangle shape is pretty cool.
Let me know what you think π
(Of course the colors as well as the kanji can be personalized, too!)
I’m all fired up making personalized kanji earrings and necklaces – several people have asked for custom work (which is always fun) – and I’m loving these new pieces! These “Rebecca” earrings were made as a gift from daughter to mother – and Mom was thrilled π
I’m also working on some new techniques that are time-savers. Saving time means they cost less – so these new styles are proving popular – hey, we all like saving money!
Check out my new Your Name in Japanese personalized kanji jewelry – and let me know what you think!
There’s more on the way. These are fun!
